Reporting a problem
To make a tool issue easier to investigate, please include:
- the tool and page address you were using;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- your browser and device type;
- the exact error message, if one appeared; and
- a small, invented example that reproduces the issue, where possible.
Please do not email sensitive data
Do not attach customer lists, credentials, confidential exports or other personal data. Replace real names, addresses, identifiers and values with a minimal sample that has the same structure. Files selected in the tools are processed locally, but an emailed attachment would leave your device and be handled by email services.
