CSVTools.pro provides browser-based utilities for working with CSV and JSON data. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Files selected in a tool are processed locally in your browser rather than uploaded to the CSVTools.pro server. You are responsible for having the right to use the data, for following any applicable confidentiality or data-protection requirements, and for securing files on your device.

Keep an original copy and verify all output before deleting data, sending a mailing, publishing a feed or importing a result into another system. Checks should include headers, row counts, encoding, delimiters and representative values. You are responsible for deciding whether a tool and its output are suitable for your intended purpose.

The website is provided without a promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Tools, content and these terms may be corrected, changed or withdrawn. Browser limits, device memory and unusual or malformed input can affect processing.

The website and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are given about accuracy, reliability, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose or the preservation of data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CSVTools.pro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, corrupted data or loss arising from reliance on tool output or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
