CSVTools.pro ("we", "our", or "the website") provides browser-based tools for working with CSV and JSON files. This policy describes file processing and the separate third-party services used by the website.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use this website and how it is handled.

All CSV file processing performed by the tools on this website happens locally within your web browser.

When you upload or drag a file into the tool:

• the file is processed directly in your browser
• the file is not uploaded to our servers
• we do not store, retain, or access the contents of your files

Tool data is held in the page's browser memory while you work. Refreshing or closing the page clears that working state. A result is saved to your device only when you choose to download it.

If you email contact@csvtools.pro, your email provider and the receiving email service process your address, message and any attachment. The information is used to read and respond to your enquiry. Please do not send real customer files, credentials or confidential datasets.

CSVTools.pro does not currently load analytics or advertising scripts. The tool code contains optional event calls, but without an analytics service loaded those calls do not send data.

If analytics or advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated and any consent mechanism required for the service and the visitor's location will be put in place before non-essential storage or tracking is enabled.

The current website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may retain ordinary technical data such as cached site files. You can clear cached data and other site storage through your browser settings.

This website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

Local browser processing avoids transferring file contents to the website server, but you remain responsible for securing the device and any downloaded output. Email providers apply their own security and retention practices under their respective policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page.
